Play The Violin, Viola, Cello, or Bass in a the Youth Orchestra! 

West Chester Silver Strings begins its twenty-seventh year of classroom instruction and performance opportunities for children in the greater Northern Cincinnati area. Beginning string players with no experience will learn to play their instruments, read music, and play together in the Fine Tuners Orchestra. Students in the Explorers Orchestra will continue to build their music reading and ensemble playing skills as they take on more challenging pieces of music. Available high school student mentors aid younger students in learning their instruments. This class is for students with at least one year of experience in orchestra OR private lessons. We're looking forward to a great season again this year, providing musical oppertunites that are rich and educational, as well as socially entertaining activities for the children of Cincinnati Christian Schools.

 TUITION for Fine Tuners and Explorers:  $150 per student, or $250 for two or more students in a family.  This rate comes out to around $7/week. Tuition covers instruction, music, performance opportunities, incentives for practicing, as well as end of the year awards. 

All classes/recitals will be held at Cincinnati Christian Schools, currently at 7350 Dixie Highway, Fairfield, Ohio 45014. We are excited for the opening of the new Beckett Location to be opened for the 2027-28 school year! This facility is where Silver Strings Youth Orchestra formerly played!
